This site sets no cookies at all today. No advertising, no social embeds, no third-party analytics — so there is no cookie banner to click through, only a small notice at the top of the page.
Page views are counted by Elvantra's own cookieless analytics: one request to our server, no cookie, no stored IP address, and a visitor number that is rebuilt from scratch every day. Nothing is written into your browser, so there is nothing here for you to clear.
What the site stores in your browser

These are plain storage entries, not cookies: they cannot track you across other sites, and nothing here identifies you.
What is loaded from other sites
- Map tiles from OpenStreetMap — your browser requests the map area you scroll to, directly from their servers. We do not receive those requests.
- Photographs from Unsplash — demo listing images are served by Unsplash's image CDN.
When sign-in is switched on, Clerk issues a session cookie — it is strictly needed to keep you signed in. This page will be updated with its name and lifetime before that happens.
How to clear what is stored
Use your browser's "clear site data" or "delete browsing data" option for this site. Clearing it resets your theme preference and the notice, and nothing else.
