Refund Policy

This policy covers the monthly plans: Rental Market ($15), Premium ($30) and Business Corporations ($150).
First payment: 14 days, no questions
If you have never subscribed before and you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
After the first month
- You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops — nothing further is charged.
- Months already used are not refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise (for example EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a new distance contract, which the window above mirrors).
- If we take a plan down or materially break what a plan promised, we refund the unused part of the current month.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@elvantra.com with the subject Refund request.
- Include the email address you subscribed with and the plan name.
- We reply within 2 business days and, if approved, return the money to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may add time).
Listings stay free
Cancelling a plan never deletes your listings. Listings remain in review or live under the free tier rules, and you can ask us to remove them entirely at any time via the Privacy Policy.
