Privacy Policy

Short version: this site has no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Nothing about you is stored until you submit a form — and then only what that form asked for. The only thing recorded automatically is an anonymous page-view count, kept in Elvantra's own database.
What we collect
- Listing submissions: your name, email address, property type, listing type, city and country, price, description and any photos you attach.
- Plan selections: your email address and the plan you chose ($15, $30 or $150 per month).
- Campaign parameters: if you arrive with
utm_…link parameters, they are kept in your browser's session storage and only sent to us if you submit a form, so we know which link brought you here. - Usage counts (never you): each page view is recorded as the page path, a device category, a country and a one-way daily-salted hash that groups views from the same browser on the same day. It cannot be reversed, cannot be linked to a person, and does not connect one day to the next. Your IP address is never stored.
- Messages: anything you send to hello@elvantra.com.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or analytics cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers.
- No location data — the map only loads tiles your browser requests from OpenStreetMap, and we never see where you are.
- No payment card details: card entry only ever happens on the payment provider's own page.
Why we use it
- To publish and moderate listings (only listings marked approved are shown publicly).
- To reply to you, send listing and plan confirmations, and email our own team about a new submission.
- To run subscriptions you choose, until you cancel.
Who processes it
Your data is handled by the services that run this site, under their own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare Pages — hosting and delivery.
- Neon — the database where listings and signups live.
- Cloudflare R2 — photo storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Clerk — sign-in, when accounts are enabled.
- OpenStreetMap — map tiles served to your browser directly.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Listings stay until you ask us to remove them or they are rejected. Plan records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long as basic accounting records require. Everything is deleted on request sooner, where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of how we use it — just email hello@elvantra.com and we will act on it. Depending on where you live (UK/EU GDPR, CCPA and similar laws), you may also complain to your local regulator.
Children
The site is aimed at adults transacting in property and is not directed at children under 16.
