1. Who we are

Elvantra runs a global online marketplace where property owners, agents and buyers meet. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Listings

You submit listings; we review them. Only listings marked approved are published, and we may reject or remove anything that looks inaccurate, unlawful, duplicated or misleading.
You confirm you have the right to publish the content and photos you send, including any people shown in them.
Listing information must be verified independently by both parties before any transaction — we are a noticeboard, not a party to your deal.

3. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in USD: Rental Market $15, Premium $30, Business Corporations $150.
Rental Market includes up to 5 active listings and 3 photos each at standard search placement. Premium includes up to 10 active listings and 5 photos each, with priority placement at the top of search and your listing marked Featured for the month. Business Corporations includes unlimited listings, up to 10 photos each, a company profile with your branding, and priority support.
Each plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period; Featured status and priority placement end when the plan lapses.
If you are on a plan with a listing or photo cap and reach it, new listings may be declined until an existing one is withdrawn or you upgrade.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Prices include any taxes that apply to your country of residence; if local tax rules require a different price, we will show it before payment.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to break the law, post content you do not own, misrepresent a property, harvest other people's data, probe or overload the service, or upload harmful files. We may suspend accounts or listings that do.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your listings and photos. You give us a licence to store, format and display them on the site for as long as the listing lives. The site's design, code and brand belong to Elvantra.

6. Availability and liability

We keep the service running where we can, but listings and search may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

7. Plan features and Featured listings

If you subscribe to Premium or Business Corporations, your listings may be marked Featured and shown before standard listings in search results for the billing month you paid for. Featured status and priority placement are benefits of an active paid plan and end when that plan lapses or is cancelled. We do not state or imply that any plan guarantees a particular number of views, inquiries or sales.

8. Ending access

We can suspend or close access if these terms are broken. You can stop using the site and ask for your data to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes and governing law

We will post any change here with a new date. The governing law is the jurisdiction where Elvantra is registered, which is published on this page once registration completes.
