How are listings checked before they go live?
Every submission lands in review first. Only listings marked approved are shown in search results or maps — rejected ones are never published, and photos follow the same rule.
How do the plans bill?
Monthly, in USD, per plan — prices appear once you sign in, on the plans page. You can cancel any time; see the refund policy for the 14-day first-payment window and how to request one.
Which countries do you cover?
All of them. Elvantra is a global marketplace: listings show a city and country, and search works with any location worldwide.
What data do you store about visitors?
Almost nothing, until you submit something. There are no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics — the only thing recorded automatically is an anonymous page-view count in Elvantra's own database (no cookie, no stored IP). The details you type into a form are stored, and you can ask for them to be deleted. See the privacy and cookies pages.
How does the map work?
It uses Leaflet with OpenStreetMap tiles: open-source mapping with no API key, no advertising profile and only the map tiles your browser actually requests. Attribution stays visible on the map.
